Gotalien is a psychedelic hitech music project.

The human being behind the decks is Alberto, from Italy, planet Earth.

The first contact with hitech music production goes back to 2008, the golden era of the underground scene. Four years later Electric Moon Records releases the first Gotalien EP called “Weedout Sense”

2013 was the year when he could join Noise Poison Records, a way to expand horizons, collaborate with many artists and start playing around the globe.

In August 2015 his solo debut album “Quantomia” is released in Kamino Records, with only tracks faster than 190 bpm.

In the last two years a new reality was born, called Hitech Dojo, captained by Gotalien. It’s a facebook community of producers that want to evolve their own techniques, with the aim to release free music.

Now he’s currently working on his next Gotalien album, and on his side project UKAUKA (Sangoma Records).

UkaUka is the side project of Alberto Gotalien from Italy, producing and performing twisted psytrance since 2010. Coming from a 200bpm planet, he got the chance to show his crazy skills around Europe, Mexico, Australia, Usa, Brazil and India. With UkaUka he focuses more on groovy basslines with dimensional effects, where he brings a fusion of old school vibes, forest, twilight with new age psychedelics.

Render is the psytrance project by Ricky Casero, also known for his work as Frequency Less (Psybreaks/Downtempo). Born into a family of classical musicians, Ricky has been performing since he was five, eventually touring globally as a horn soloist with orchestras.

Around 2010 Ricky started exploring the magical realms of psychedelic music through his

classical eye and realized how psychedelia is connected to his previous studies – the trancey melodies, and the complexity in structure. This led to the creation of his first project, Frequency Less, in 2011, producing intelligent Psybreaks and downtempo music and collaborating with artists like Hedflux, Bad Tango, and Chris Voro.

In 2015, Ricky launched Render to focus on more powerful beats. Within months, he was releasing music on Mutagen Records and performing alongside prominent psytrance artists. Render’s style blends night atmospheres with vigorous bass lines, featuring unexpected combinations of catchy vocals and acid funky grooves, creating an energetic and fluid experience for dancers while maintaining the soul and essence of psytrance self-discovery experience.

Govinda is a DJ who grew up in Goa, immersed in the vibrant local music scene from a young age.

His musical selection reflects a lifetime spent on dance floors, making him highly attuned to the audience’s needs. Govinda’s sets are characterized by driving rhythms and evolving stories, consistently transforming and surprising the dance floor with fresh psychedelics.The core of his performances is the deep connection he fosters with the dancers, starting from the front row and expanding to the entire crowd. This bond creates a transcendental atmosphere where everyone feels united as one.

Born in Lithuania, Maiko moved to Italy at a young age, where she entered the psychedelic scene after an initial experience with the underground tekno scene. Immersed in this world, she began organizing parties in 2008. Starting free parties featuring tekno and Goa music, she and her friends eventually formed the Little Dark Family, focusing on darkpsy, hitech, and experimental vibes. This collective played a crucial role in consolidating the darkpsy culture in Italy, hosting artists such as Kindzadza, Psykovsky, Yaminahua, Kasatka, and many more.

After years of listening, dancing, and organizing events, Maiko decided to contribute as a performer, recognizing her potential to guide people through deep psychedelic experiences from behind the decks. Her DJ sets are diverse and unique, ranging from slow to fast BPM, and always centered on danceable and trance-inducing tunes. She blends classic darkpsy with new wave experimental music like psycore and adds some hitech tracks for moments of euphoria.

Ninesense is a Psytrance project by Nuno Cabral from the Azores Islands. His interest in psychedelic music began after receiving a Goa cassette tape, which sparked his passion and led to years of dedication to learning mixing and producing techniques. Nuno’s first project, Manipulation, gained attention for its innovative sound and energetic production, leading to collaborations with Kinematic Records and Zero 1 Music.

In 2000, Manual Batista developed a deep connection with music, starting with heavy metal and black metal. His musical journey began with learning the guitar. In 2003, he discovered electronic music, particularly Psytrance, at his first open-air party, which sparked a growing passion for electronic music. By 2005, he began playing DJ sets for fun, but as his love for mixing intensified, he started performing at clubs, open-air parties, and larger events. In 2012, he pursued an advanced DJ course, which enhanced his understanding of electronic music theory and production. That same year, he enrolled in an academic program for electronic music and music production, balancing his time between production and mixing.His DJ sets explore various paths, from the darker side of Psytrance to more groovy psychedelic trails, always aiming to innovate and improve, without being confined to any specific style or rules.

Sergio Leitão is the mind and the person behind the Portuguese psytrance project Hydra-E.

Hydra-E started his contact with music while he was still very young through his family, which already had some musicians in other genres. He began his journey in other music realms like metal and rock until some years later, the taste for electronic music and mixing various kinds of music appeared strongly. It was only a matter of time before he transitioned from mixing metal to mixing electronic and trance music. All those years helped him gather a lot of influences and sonic experiences, leading him to work on something in the background that many years later became Hydra-E.

Rock Paper Sisters is the innovative project created by Ninesense and Gandhabba. Combining their distinct musical talents and visions, they have crafted a sound that transcends conventional boundaries. This collaboration brings together the best of both worlds, resulting in a unique and captivating musical experience.

Fiddle Fiddle is the collaborative project born from the creative synergy of the minds behind Hydra-e and Gandhabba. After years of making music and working together, their individual styles fused organically into a unique and unified sound. This project transcends the sum of its parts, offering a fresh take on psychedelic music.

Brain in Space, initiated in 2018 by Sandro Viegas and Jorge Santos, is a collaborative venture born from the creativity of two school friends. In the pursuit of crafting unique musical compositions, they cultivated an animated sonic landscape reminiscent of a mystical forest. After a fruitful four-year journey, Jorge opted for a hiatus from the musical realm to pursue personal

projects. In his absence, Sandro assumed the helm, steering BraininSpace into a slightly altered course. The project’s evolution now bears a more profound identity, drawing inspiration from Sandro’s Darkpsy project, Opsuruus. Loaded with serious synthesis, deeper atmospheres, and a playfully groovy essence,

the rejuvenated BraininSpace pledges to evoke captivating sensations on the dancefloors. Dive into a psychedelic journey, where rhythmic beats and immersive sounds converge to create an

enchanting dance experience.

Tiago Matos aka Unexpected aka DJ Slash, music producer and DJ with adegree in Electronic Music and Music Production. Born in 1984 in the Azores

islands, Tiago expressed a special interest for music early in his life. In the end of the 90’s after some Metal band experiences he discovered Psytrance, something completely new and interesting that changed his way of seeing and feeling music. In 2001 DJ Slash awakened his interest in DJing by starting a project which extends from Psytrance to Minimal. In 2004/2005 DJ Slash stood out for his performances in the rhythms of Tribal House, Progress and Deep. In 2006 he started music production in partnership with Neurotronik

developing the Full on project Twisted Trolls. In 2007 already in Lisbon DJ Slash was invited to represent Swing Music Agency. In 2008 after a stellar performance in Green Trippin Camp Festival he was invited to represent Fractal Species Rec. In 2010/11 DJ Slash played in the Concentração Motard Faro Festival in Algarve for over 35.000 people and later in 2012 he started to represent Woorpz Rec. In the same year he decided to start a solo live act project called Unexpected, a night full on project, mixing eccentric and sharp rhythms with mystifying melodies. Some of these tracks were released on Woorpz Rec. In the summer of 2012 he played in the AfterBoom, Monte Verde and SummerJump Festival. In 2013 DJ Slash was invited to work in Switzerland on a ski station playing on Courage Club every night until 2015. In

the summer of 2015 DJ Slash released his first compilation album on Woorpz Rec called Rendez-Vous. In 2018 Unexpected decided to change his music to

something faster and more psychedelic and was invited to represent Reversible Records where he released his first EP in 2019 called “The

Trigger.

Psydream is the project of Ana Tavares from Porto, Portugal, her passion for this scene began in 2004 when she developed a love for psytrance music. Initially attending small parties, her passion grew, leading her to experience larger events. Her first mixing experience in 2009 with her boyfriend, Gandhabba, sparked her interest in DJing. After performing at small parties, she was invited to play at larger events, making it a significant part of her life. In 2012, Ana joined the Mind Experience label and in 2013, the female-focused Magnetika Agency. She later joined the Pink Sheep Project in 2014, which aimed to innovate within the Portuguese psytrance scene. Her career expanded internationally as she performed in Italy, the Netherlands, France, Ireland, and Denmark. By 2018, she was part of Reversible Rec. Ana’s sets are known for creating a psychedelic journey, telling a story through the music.

BAO is the psytrance project of Nicola Filippini.

Coming from Brescia in Italy, he entered the scene 15 years ago. He started with DJ’ing and creating parties, and has since made some small festivals as well. After some years of DJing and organizing, he created his own psytrance project called BAO and started to perform around the world. After a while he joined Blacklite Records and grew as an artist and forged his unique sound.Now is part of Green Tree Records based in Belgium and Skizodelic Mind a collective from Spain

His music is immediately recognisable with deep bass lines and groovy rythmics, which can drive you into a powerful psychedelic journey!

Born in Seville in 1980, José Hermosín, aka Designa, has been connected to culture and electronic music from a young age. His passion for Psytrance was sparked in 2006 when he attended numerous Psytrance parties organized by Andalusian and other Spanish collectives. From that moment, he began DJing, and by early 2007, he was already collaborating at many parties throughout Andalusia.

Prozac is the latest project of musician and producer Juan Llavero, based on a very personal style of Psytrance. Loaded with aggressive guitars (played in live), strong bass lines and catchy melodies, creating a spectacle that leaves no one indifferent.

Rafa Caparrós aka. Psynsect born in 1992 in Malaga, Andalusia, Spain.

Blaze, a Sicilian DJ, grew up in the island’s underground scene. In 2017, he joined the TNT Crew (Trinacria Natural Tribe) and is currently a DJ and member of Insane Kollektive. Blaze is known for his immersive DJ sets (Goa, Psytrance, Full-on, and 90s progressive trance) and his presence at various electronic music festivals and events in Sicily and other festivals across Italy. His musical journey began with electronic music influences from the late 90s rave sounds, eventually traveling around Europe in search of sounds that continue to inspire him today.

Edoardo Bordoni, also known as Dodo3, was born in Florence in 1988. At 14, he moved to Marche and began his psytrance journey. In 2004, he co-founded Quarion Tribe with friends, organizing parties in abandoned areas in central Italy, initially to protest the environmental damage caused by motorway construction. Their first major event, Libereuforie, sparked an underground movement, attracting numerous DJs and producers like Rinkadink, Lamat, and Digicult.

Phenomental is the natural evolution of the project, Between The Lines. After several years of DJing, studying and loving the psytrance music a seed was planted.

Once the vision was clear, heart and mind unified, the project sprung roots and grew.

Producing and expulsions, creating his own music and also still loving to search new music creating mind bending and hypnotic dj sets.

The music spiraling out of from the depths of self realization, loving life and everyday experiences.
