Data and purposes
We collect account email and sign-in information to operate your account; profile names, photos, biographies, links and submitted content to publish your profile and listings; and rights and legal acceptance records to document permissions. Reports include the reported item, reason, optional message and email, and a random visitor identifier to limit abuse. Profile and published submission information is public; account email and private moderation information are not public.
If you allow analytics, we record anonymous page views and outbound link clicks using a random browser identifier, item, time, link category and approximate country where available. The app's metrics do not store IP addresses, visitor email, referrer or user agent. Views are deduplicated within a rolling 30-minute interval. Rejecting analytics does not block browsing.
Stripe handles payments and its own payment information. We keep payment references, amounts, status and promotion information to fulfil purchases and maintain records. Hosting, account and payment services also process the information needed to operate their services. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
- Metrics: 24 months, with automatic daily cleanup of older records. Historical aggregate event totals remain.
- Account data: until deletion is requested, then deleted within 30 days, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
- Copyright and abuse reports: 24 months after resolution.
- Payment and invoice records: 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax law.
Your rights and choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing where applicable. Edit your profile to correct public details, or contact us for assistance and deletion requests. Optional analytics is based on your consent; withdraw it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Essential storage supports sign-in, drafts, reports and privacy choices. You may raise concerns with your competent data protection authority, including Portugal's CNPD.
